Ordering
Simple Inlay ships only within Canada. All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. We aim to ship within 24 hours of an order being placed on regular business days, Monday to Friday. During busy periods, this may take a bit longer but we’ll still work hard to make sure your order gets on its way to you as quickly as possible. We process orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays on the next available business days. All of our shipping time estimates start from the time a package is picked up from our location.
 Please note: any changes you make to your order after it has been placed may result in a delay in your order being shipped as we need time to manually process the changes you have requested. We cannot accommodate changes to orders once they’ve been filled.
Special Pricing
Prices on any specials offered are only valid during the specified time period they are offered and do not apply retroactively to previously placed orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. No holds, rainchecks, back orders or delayed shipping or payment on special feature items.Â

You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
HST/GST and PST is added for all orders as applicable. No COD.

Backorders
We do not offer backorders on out-of-stock products. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will refund your money for that product.
