If you wish to return a product for refund, you must contact us within 15 days of the date on your invoice, prior to returning the item to us. We do not accept returns shipped to us without prior authorization from Simple Inlay. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds or returns are not available for custom products or clearance items. Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused, undamaged or otherwise unaltered, and within 30 days of the date on your invoice in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate or inappropriate packaging or if you return a product that is used, damaged or broken, refunds/returns will not be available. Simple Inlay reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds at its sole discretion. Shipping costs for items you wish to return are the responsibility of the customer.
